i don't want to remove million dollar note... because oldest player has lots money, the newest can't buy it... so i agree to don't remove dollar note... left it in NPC

so if u make new character, u can get 1 million dollar note from newbie chest...

i swear it will be bored for new player. because new player will need to forge their eq n if he farm at CA sure the pro will kill the noob
